Grilled Shrimp Lemon Herb (Printable Version)

Juicy grilled shrimp in lemon-herb marinade, perfect for quick summer meals.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
04 - ½ teaspoon salt
05 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1 teaspoon oregano
07 - ½ teaspoon paprika
08 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
09 - Chopped parsley for serving
10 - Lemon slices for serving

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Place the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Whisk to combine.
02 - Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss gently to coat evenly with the marinade. Marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to 2 hours max.
03 - Skewer 4-6 shrimp on each soaked skewer and place on a plate while skewering the remaining shrimp.
04 - Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until the color turns pink and shrimp becomes opaque.
05 - Serve warm with fresh parsley and lemon slices, if desired.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Marinate the shrimp for no more than 2 hours to avoid overcooking due to the acidity of the lemon juice.
02 - Mix the marinade up to 5 days in advance to save time.
