In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until well blended.

In a separate bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk vigorously until well combined. Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

Place a few tablespoons of Oreo crumbs at the bottom of each cup or small jar. Transfer the cream mixture to a piping bag or gallon ziplock bag with corner snipped and pipe a layer over the crumbs. Tap cups gently on a cloth-covered surface to remove air bubbles.

Add another layer of Oreo crumbs, followed by more cream mixture. Top with a final sprinkle of crumbs and garnish with a cocktail umbrella.
