Bring a pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the lo mein noodles and cook until tender according to package instructions. Drain in a colander.

While waiting for the water to boil, crack two eggs into a bowl and whisk lightly.

Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the eggs and crushed red pepper, then lightly scramble. Be careful not to overcook the eggs.

Add the drained noodles to the skillet with the scrambled eggs. Drizzle the prepared sauce over top and toss everything together until evenly coated.
