Spicy Sriracha Noodles (Printable Format)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Noodles

01 - 4 oz lo mein noodles

→ Sauce

02 - 1 Tbsp brown sugar
03 - 1 Tbsp soy sauce
04 - 2 Tbsp sriracha

→ Base

05 - 2 Tbsp butter
06 - 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
07 - 2 large eggs

→ Garnish

08 - 1 handful fresh cilantro (optional)
09 - 1 green onion, sliced

# How-To Steps:

01 - In a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar, soy sauce, and sriracha until well combined. Set aside.
02 - Bring a pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the lo mein noodles and cook until tender according to package instructions. Drain in a colander.
03 - While waiting for the water to boil, crack two eggs into a bowl and whisk lightly.
04 - Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the eggs and crushed red pepper, then lightly scramble. Be careful not to overcook the eggs.
05 - Add the drained noodles to the skillet with the scrambled eggs. Drizzle the prepared sauce over top and toss everything together until evenly coated.
06 - Top the noodles with fresh cilantro and sliced green onion before serving.
